Client Services Coordinator

Alexis Collins is the Client Services Coordinator at Steppin Stones Professional Supervision (SSPS). She is excited to support the organization’s mission by helping create welcoming, family-centered experiences while strengthening day-to-day operations through organization, collaboration, and compassionate service.

With a background in program coordination, compliance, case management, youth development, and restorative practices, Alexis has dedicated her career to serving children, families, and individuals navigating trauma, mental health challenges, and complex life circumstances. Her experience includes leading quality improvement initiatives, supporting staff development, strengthening community partnerships, and developing systems that enhance both service delivery and organizational effectiveness.

Alexis is a Certified Youth Development Professional and a Certified Restorative Practices Facilitator. She also holds certifications in CPR/First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, and Mandated Reporter Training. Her leadership is grounded in integrity, accountability, collaboration, and service. She is passionate about creating environments where children feel safe, families feel respected, and every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impact. Alexis is honored to be part of the SSPS team and looks forward to serving the community while continuing to grow alongside the organization.

Clinical Supervisor

Sandy Esparza is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the owner of Family Solutions USA.

She provides clinical oversight for therapeutic visitation and works closely with Steppin Stones Professional Supervision to ensure trauma-informed practices support children and families navigating complex emotional situations.

Sandy earned her Master's in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and specializes in trauma-informed therapy for children and families.
