Lead Supervisor
Odalis Mancha began working with Serrano Legal Solutions, LLC in July 2021 and supported numerous Guardian ad Litem matters by communicating with parents, conducting case intakes, and assisting families through the legal process.
She completed 24 hours of specialized education to become a supervised visitation monitor and has supervised many families in court-related matters.
Her dedication to children, families, and the legal system brings compassion and professionalism to every case she works with.
Sandy Esparza, LCSW
Clinical Supervisor
Sandy Esparza is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the owner of Family Solutions USA.
She provides clinical oversight for therapeutic visitation and works closely with Steppin Stones Professional Supervision to ensure trauma-informed practices support children and families navigating complex emotional situations.
Sandy earned her Master's in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and specializes in trauma-informed therapy for children and families.
